*break times may vary. Santa & Mrs. Claus will not be available Nov. 16 and on the “Mean One” theme nights. 

Yes! Tickets are available online for pre-purchase and we also reserve a select number of tickets each night for in person sale. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. To secure your date, we encourage you to buy your tickets online.

On-site tickets may be limited and are only available during event hours. Ticket sales will cease one hour prior to closing with entry permitted 30 minutes prior to closing.

You can access your tickets at any time in two ways:

1. Email: Upon purchasing your tickets a confirmation was sent from Showpass (no-reply@showpass.com). This email includes your pdf tickets as well as a link to your order. Click the “View My Order” button within the email. Not seeing the email? Check your junk folder and add us to your safe sender list. 
2. Online: Visit https://www.showpass.com/accounts/login/ and log in (or create an account if you checked out as a guest) with the credentials you used to purchase ticket(s).

Upon check out, an Order Summary will display on the right hand side of the screen. In the “Enter Promotional Code” filed, simply type in the discount code and click on the arrow to apply the code.

As with most events, there is a small fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.

All sales are final, with the following exceptions:

– If an event is canceled or postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket. Please submit an email inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund.

– If you cannot make your originally scheduled date, you may be able to change your tickets to another date. Discounted tickets, (including the Family Bundle) can not be moved.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond Glow Lethbridge’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including, but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.

Glow event staff and security have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behaviour, intoxication, venue capacity and breach of security restrictions.

Service fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available for unused or extra tickets, you can transfer unused tickets to another date, or individual, or give them away as gifts to friends and family ahead of your selected date.

Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and ticket type. Family Bundles as well as discounted tickets may not be moved to another date.

To move your Adult or Youth/Senior tickets to another date, simply log onto your account with your email and password. Under orders, select your order. Under Purchase items, select the “Move Dates” button. A calendar will appear showing the available dates.

There is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow, though the average guest stays for around 60 to 90 minutes. Guests are free to stay and enjoy Glow for as long they’d like!

Yes! We want everyone to enjoy this magical event.

All pathways through Glow are made of smooth flat concrete allowing strollers and wheelchairs the ability to get around easily.

There are also accessible parking spots reserved at the front of our north and south parking lots. 

Various dates are provided so that you and your family can enjoy Glow’s features without crowding.

There is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow, though the average guest stays for around 60 to 90 minutes. Guests are free to stay and enjoy Glow for as long as they’d like!

We do not have wheelchairs available for rental to guests or clients for personal use.

Animals or pets, except for ADA Service Animals, are not permitted inside the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre.

Certified service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre and must remain on a leash or in a harness.

Service Dogs/Service Animals are allowed only if the animal is trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. An emotional support animal is not considered a Service Dog or Service Animal and is NOT allowed at the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre.

Public WiFi is available thanks to our partner Altis MSP.

Select events may offer coat check in partnership with local community groups. Ticketholders can refer to their “Know Before You Glow” email, delivered 2 – 3 business days prior to your events, for more details. Excite Lethbridge is not responsible for items left in coat check.

Yes. Mother’s Rooms as well as Men’s, Women’s, and Universal washrooms can be found throughout the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre.

Yes, multiple Mint ATM Network ATMs are conveniently located throughout the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre and in the Lethbridge County Corridor.

Yes, La Chefs will have various food and drink options (available for purchase) to cover most tastes (including alcoholic beverages)! We will update you with options as soon as we have them confirmed.

On-site parking for Glow Lethbridge will be offered in both the north and south parking lots. Entrances into the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre are available at both lots with the south lot being the neatest to the show.

On-site parking for Glow Lethbridge is free, but may be limited, therefore guests are encouraged to use public transit, ride shares, or carpool. For those with limited mobility, a drop-off loop is located at north entrance of the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre.

The Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre is equipped with standard First Aid supplies. During public events and at the discretion of event planners, certified First Aid personnel will be available. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available team member for assistance.

Security will on-site and roaming throughout the event.

There are AEDs located on the south end of the Lethbridge County Corridor and outside of the First Aid Room near the concession.
