Northen Lights

No Glow experience is complete without taking in the spectacular Northern Lights. Interact with the hanging beams of light and strike a pose against this magnificent backdrop.

Holiday Favorites

Festive light displays include a Reindeer-draw carriage, Snowman arch, giant ornament ball, spiral ball tree, and stand-in present display.

Tunnel of Lights

Stroll through this giant luminous tunnel and under the twinkling archway – a gateway to a yuletide wonderland, chock full of delightful surprises for the whole family!

Hanging Picture Frames

Ticket Information

Your ticket grants access to all attractions in the event. Food, drink and Market items can be purchased for an additional cost.

At Glow Lethbridge, discounts are always applied to the base ticket price. This means you’ll save directly off the original ticket cost, before any additional fees or taxes. Watch for special promotions and offers to enjoy these savings and make the most of your visit to our magical festival!

To apply a discount code, at check out an Order Summary will display on the right hand side of the screen. In the “Enter Promotional Code” filed, simply type in the discount code and click on the arrow to apply the code. 

A family pass offers more than a 20% discount on individual tickets for 2 adults and 3 youth/seniors. Children 3 and under are always free. The family pass is a fantastic deal, especially during our early bird sale, offering the best discount of the season!

As with most events, there is a small fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.

Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and ticket type. Family Bundles as well as discounted tickets may not be moved to another date. 

To move your Adult or Youth/Senior tickets to another date, follow these steps:

  1. Log onto your account with your email and password.
  2. Under orders, select your order.
  3. Under Purchase items, select the “Move Dates” button. A calendar will appear showing the available dates. 

To transfer you tickets to friends or family, follow step 1 above, under each ticket select “transfer” from the drop down list next to the each ticket you would like to transfer.

Tickets are available online for pre-purchase. We reserve a select number of tickets each night for box on-site sales. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Visit Glow Gardens to find available dates and times.

Entry to the event is staggered to ensure the best guest experience for everyone. You and your family can enjoy Glow without overcrowding by specifying a time for your tickets.

If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled date, you can move your tickets* to another date prior to your event date by using the rescheduling option provided. Unused tickets after your date are not eligible for refunds. All sales are final, except in the case of a Glow-wide event cancellation.

We highly encourage rescheduling to another available date to ensure you still enjoy the Glow experience. If cancelling is unavoidable, you may request a refund for the face value of your ticket. Service fees are non-refundable. Please email info@agrifoodhub.ca within 5 days of the scheduled event to request a refund.

Glow Christmas event staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry without a refund for disorderly behaviour, intoxication, venue capacity issues, or breach of security restrictions.
